More About Millboard® Weathered Oak Decking Board 3.6m
Providing a timeless look, Millboard® Weathered Oak decking boards retain the natural beauty of aged oak with a surface that has very high slip-resistance even in wet conditions.
Beautifully aged in appearance, the Weathered Oak boards are hand-crafted to give a high-quality finish. Moulded from selected oak, the natural organic woodgrain appeal is maintained with each board.
These decking boards are crafted and coloured to mimic the look of natural oak woodgrain. These high-quality, premium boards are made without wood, ensuring they don't rot, warp, or attract insects.
The Weathered Oak boards can be installed using the unique Durafix ‘lost head’ fixing system, which is hidden under the Lastane surface, preventing surface splintering and providing a soft, touch-friendly finish.
The Lastane surface also offers high slip resistance and is designed to withstand impacts and harsh weather. Additionally, the elastomeric surface enhances durability in tough weather conditions. Integrated UV stabilisers in the boards help resist damage from sunlight.

Boards come in three colors, embered, driftwood and vintage. The Weathered Oak collection includes a durable Lastane layer bonded to the core with a UV-stable 2k coating. The core is made from natural minerals mixed with polymer resin and reinforced with long fibres.
Millboard® Weathered Oak decking boards feature a natural oak look, created by moulding real oak timbers. Made in the UK, Millboard® decking boards are independently tested worldwide.
For installation, it’s recommended to use 400mm joist centres for boards placed at 90° to the joists, and 300mm centres for Boards at 45°.
Maintain a 4mm space between boards and a 1mm gap between board ends. For more detailed installation instructions, please refer to the full installation guide.

Standard collection lead time is 3-5 working days, this may vary depending on the product. If you would like to collect your order after 2 hours, please choose this option at checkout.

Vehicles we can and cannot load
Cladco Profiles will only load flatbed lorries and flatbed trailers for insurance purposes. If the appropriate vehicle is not available, two people would be required for a collection.
Cladco Profiles will NOT load any vehicles with roof racks, horse boxes, cattle lorries or fixed-sided trailers. Cladco Profiles has the right to refuse loading a vehicle for any reason.

Customer Collection Notice
For those customers wishing to collect materials, we ask you report to the office first in order to be seen by a member of the sales team. Your goods will then be picked and brought to your vehicle.
Please note that during busy periods you may experience a wait while our yard staff serve other customers or are loading/unloading other vehicles.
We respectfully draw your attention to the following points:
- It is the ultimately the responsibility of the customer to load his/her vehicle and to ensure the goods are safely/ securely strapped down.
- Our staff will be happy to assist you load your goods onto appropriate vehicles by way of fork lift trucks. Our staff will not handball any goods into enclose vehicles. The loading of the vehicle is carried out entirely at the customers own risk. We will not be held liable for any damage that may occur to your vehicle or goods collected from our premises during the transport of said goods.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure both their vehicle and the goods are safe when they leave our premises.
- We can advise the approximate weight of materials prior to you arriving so that you can be sure your vehicle is capable of carrying the intended load. Please ensure that you bring appropriate ropes, straps or other securing materials as we are unable to provide you with any upon arrival.
- We strongly recommend you bring suitable protection materials to prevent your ropes/straps etc. be damaged by these edges. We recommend that you use good quality protective gloves when handling materials.
