Box profile roofing sheets by Cladco are manufactured from high-quality galvanised steel sheets and are supplied in two different profiles - 32/1000 box profile and 34/1000 box profile, both of which are available in 0.5mm and 0.7mm thicknesses.
Both box profiles are commonly installed on commercial, industrial and agricultural buildings, as either a roofing or side cladding material - making for a modern alternative to older corrugated-style roofs.
All of our steel roofing sheets are manufactured to order from our Devon-based warehouse and can be custom-cut to specific lengths to suit your project's needs. Sheets are available in a variety of coatings and colours for increased durability and aesthetic appeal. Their lightweight yet robust structure makes for a quick and easy installation.
32/1000
Our 32/1000 sheets feature 6 profiles across the entire sheet, each with a 200mm profile pitch and 32mm profile depth, providing a 1000mm cover width when lapped.
Sometimes referred to as box profile single-skin sheets, 32/1000 sheets have lower and fewer profiles when compared with our other metal roofing sheets, and feature a small rib that runs parallel between each profile for added strength and durability.
34/1000
Cladco 34/1000 sheets feature 7 rigid profiles of a 34mm depth across the entire width of the sheet - one profile more than our 32/1000 option. Each sheet will provide a 1000mm cover width when lapped, and can be manufactured in up to 9-metre lengths depending on the thickness of the sheet used. This profile is the most popular product among our box profile sheet styles, thanks to its wide range of uses and high tensile strength.
If sheets are being used as metal wall cladding we would recommend using our 0.5mm sheets as they are a lighter profile.
