More About Standard Waterproof Tarpaulin with Eyelets
As a mid-grade sheet, our Standard Tarpaulins feature a 3 x 3 multifilament grid which is laminated in low-density polyethylene and suitable for covering various goods and tools on construction sites, ongoing building projects, items in outside storage and more. With a heavier structure than our Lightweight Tarpaulins, Standard Tarps are suitable for longer-term outside use in comparison, whilst still being designed as a temporary cover.
12mm aluminium eyelets are spaced at 1m intervals across the rope-reinforced hems, with the sheets being UV stabilised, shrink-proof and mildewproof.
Our 170gsm Standard Tarpaulins include plastic corner reinforcements for added strength and are available in 4m x 6m, 4m x 10m, 8m x 10m and 10m x 17m sizes.

** All our Tarpaulin sheets are cut sizes, which is industry standard terminology for the size of the material before it is formed into a tarpaulin. This means that when seams and hems are taken into consideration, the final size can be up to 30cm-45cms shorter.
Please note: the bigger the Tarpaulin, the more support it will require. Always ensure that the Tarpaulin is suitably supported according to its size.
