0.7 GreenCoat® Steel Standing Seam Roof Sheet with Ribs

More About Standing Seam Roof Sheets With Ribs
Crafted from pre-coated steel, Cladco Standing Seam Sheeting offers a durable and long-lasting solution suitable for various applications, including both domestic and commercial projects, for Cladding and Roofing purposes.
Standing Seam Sheets feature a sleek exterior free of visible fixings. The modern design is particularly popular for home conversions and architectural projects.
These Sheets are available with either a 32mm pre-folded eaves lip for secure attachment to Eaves Flashings or with straight-cut ends for Wall Cladding applications. You can choose your preferred option from the drop-down menu above. Please note that an eaves lip is not required for Wall Cladding installations.
Standing Seam Sheets are available with 2 x 1.5mm ribs across each Sheet to improve stability. Ribs help to eliminate oil canning, the distortion of a flat Sheet surface due to variations in the roof structure, as well as ‘drumming’, where high winds can lift Sheeting in exposed areas.
Cladco Standing Seam Sheeting is made from 0.7mm thick SSAB Nordic quality steel, featuring an eco-friendly GreenCoat® Pural BT coating. Our Standing Seam products are BES 6001 certified, rated A+ by the BRE Green Guide, and made from 100% recyclable materials.

Cladco Standing Seam Sheeting features a 275g/m² galvanised zinc layer with a 50-micron thick GreenCoat® Pural BT coating. Made from lightweight, recycled steel, our Sheets offer excellent corrosion resistance and durability, with a lifespan of up to 40 years in normal environments.
Each Sheet provides 500mm width coverage and is suitable for both Cladding and Roofing projects, whether used together or separately. Combined with our Flashings, they offer a durable and sealed exterior solution.
Cladco Standing Seam Roofing Sheets are easy to install, with a range of Standing Seam Flashings and Accessories available, making them ideal for completing mono-pitch, dual-pitch, or lean-to roofs.

For optimal installation, we also recommend our Vent 3 Pro Breathable Membrane, which can be used over OSB board or plywood board. We suggest using Annular Ring Nails to secure Standing Seam Roofing Sheets and Flashings.
For a comprehensive list of required tools and detailed installation instructions, please refer to our Standing Seam Installation Guide.
When handling Standing Seam Sheets, we advise turning them clockwise (facing the eaves end) to prevent damage or creasing.

Working out the total square meterage of your roof will require measuring the total width of the roof’s area as well as the distance from the eaves (the lowest point) to the apex (the highest point) of the roof. This should be undertaken carefully and safely.
We recommend taking these measurements from the inside of your building for safety purposes. Multiply the two measurements together to give the total square meterage of the roof.
For apex, or dual-sided, roofs, you will need to work out the square meterage of each side of the roof and add the numbers together for the total coverage.
